7 Vision Companies Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Carmel, Indiana, founded in 2024 by Carina Moreno. We are dedicated to empowering individuals through second chances, providing resources, support, and life-changing opportunities for those facing adversity. Our focus areas include:

Carina Moreno
Founder & CEO
Carina Moreno is a breast cancer survivor, a visionary leader, and a woman of faith. Her personal battle with cancer in 2018 reshaped her purpose, leading her to create 7 Vision Companies Inc. to provide housing, health services, and financial resources to those in need. She is committed to ensuring that no one faces life’s hardest battles alone.
Todd Tinsley
Executive Director
Todd Tinsley is a two-time author, chaplain, ordained minister, and community leader who has spent his life helping people overcome addiction, reenter society, and build successful futures. His books, My Bible: Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth and Unlocking a Brighter Future, have transformed lives, offering guidance to first- and second-time offenders, recovering addicts, and those seeking personal redemption.
In 2024, Todd and Carina’s paths aligned, and their shared passion for helping others and creating opportunities for second chances brought them together—not just as business partners in life but in purpose. By combining their expertise, resources, and faith, they are making a greater impact than ever before.
Carina and Todd know firsthand what it means to fight for a second chance. Carina overcame cancer, and Todd overcame past struggles with addiction, reentry, and personal transformation. Together, they are committed to helping others rise above their challenges through faith, mentorship, and empowerment.
